Black Watr is a songwriter, producer and a rather clever lyricist from New Orleans. Though his skillset is not secluded to the booth. His live performances are highly energetic and feeling provoking. A combination guaranteed to have you leave his shows with something to tell your friends about. Even with being fairly new to the stage scene he's impacted many stages from Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and even stages in Philadelphia, and New Jersey. 

His influences include Black Thought, Lil Wayne and Andre 3k. His unique approach to hiphop is high vibrational but very down to earth. His latest project "NAPALM" was full of very well crafted heart felt bars over ridiculously hard hitting beats from his producer "ZeroOutMinds". He also has production credits on it. "NAPALM" has had over 30 thousand streams on spotify to date. His hit single "CAREFULL" comes with a self love forward chorus and is the bop we didn't know we needed.

He was recently featured on a collective mixtape titled "Free Breakfast For Children". Which doubled as a benefit release party for the yeah philly organization to help at risk teens in Philadelphia. The mixtape also got some decent blog coverage and even a nod from youtube reviewer Anthony Light Fantano.
